In the late '60s both the urban park Bissuola and the overlooking PEEP were still on paper. This is the first action of subsidized housing of PEEP, for three Cooperatives who decided to create a joint program in one building in which the three residential units were delineated for the purposes of the separate funding. This aspect of the job, together with the diversity – the number and types – of the housing, had a decisive influence in the design choices. The building skyline is divided into three blocks of two flats / floor, connected by half-covered balconies which varies in the number of plans; changes in the type of housing is achieved within a system of overhangs.
