The masterplan for the city area called A.E.V. Terraglio, in 1998, established the town planning of a growing settlement for economic facilities in which the leading heart was the shopping center "Auchan", which has existed for some years. The growth of this area occurred from 2000 and it is here that the firm made a series of interventions including the major store "Decathlon" (2003-2004) expanded in 2008.
